Weight loss progress after a Month


Hey fitness mates!!!!
How's everyone? Pardon me for not updating I'm quite lazy lately but don't you worry I'm now here to update you about my first month progress.

To be honest this challenge is not easy because you really need lots of patience and discipline. But even if  there are times that I was tempted to eat those  fatty or sweet foods plus missing some of my gym workouts and kick boxing sessions because I'm lazy I am still proud that after a month sacrifice.... I'm now 4 kilos lighter. Yiiiiih!!! From 72 kilos I'm now 68, not bad right???LOL

With the help of 5-6 times a week gym/kick boxing combi workouts I guess I'm heading in the right path though dieting is still quite hard for me.. I can't do the detox diet just yet because my mind said I'm not yet ready plus  I don't wanna cheat.I ate only salads or sandwiches made of wheat bread in 4 days straight but then on my fifth day my palate is calling for rice! So yeah I ate rice... Epic failed! Whew!

Because of that I will try to add more cardio I guess, I will drag lil bro in the morning to do some jogging! I just hope we can do it this time....My problem with him is I can't really wake him up that early....hmmmm wish me luck!
